Vivienne is our friendly treatment coordinator. At your free consultation, she will discuss:
- What you want to achieve from treatment
- Available treatment options
- Any concerns you have about treatment
Your free consultation will last approximately 45 minutes.
What will happen?
At your free consultation, we will:
- Assess your orthodontic needs
- Take clinical photographs of your teeth and jaws
- Formulate your orthodontic treatment plan
- Explain the treatment process
- Give you information about the cost of treatment
and our interest-free payment plans
You will leave this appointment with all the
information needed to make an informed
decision about orthodontic treatment.
Free Consultations*are available on the Sunshine Coast on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and in Hervey Bay every second Tuesday.
*As these appointments are overwhelmingly sought after, we will require your credit card details to secure the appointment. In the event you do not arrive or provide us 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee $49.00 will be charged. Rest assured your credit card information will be removed after your consultation.
**Our free consultations can be booked between 10:00am and 2:30pm, and paid consultations are available at other times. Our most popular appointments include taking records and x- rays, and cost $120. Please send us your details and we will discuss which appointment may be best for you when we call you back.
